AAAVN Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchased Discovery Flights must be used/redeemed/completed no later than 60 days from the date of purchase, referred to as the ‘Redemption Window’.

On the 61st day from the purchase of any Discovery Flight, AAAVN will have earned the applicable Discovery Flight purchase price.

Any purchased Discover Flight not used/redeemed/completed within the 60-day redemption window will forfeited by the customer and not eligible for refund.

Refund and/or cancellation requests must be submitted to the location at which the Discovery Flight is scheduled.
