Veterans Benefits

All American Aviation Services has been approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs which allows eligible students to use VA backed educational programs (Montgomery GI Bill Chapter 30, or Post 9/11 GI Bill Chapter 33) to cover the costs of our pilot training programs.

The following courses may be approved for VA benefits:

  • Instrument Rating Course
  • Commercial Pilot Course Single Engine
  • Commercial Pilot Course Multi-Engine
  • Reduced Hour Commercial Pilot Single Engine Course
  • Single Engine Pilot Add-on Course
  • Flight Instructor Course
  • Flight Instructor Instrument Course
  • Airline Transport Pilot Course

Montgomery GI Bill (Chapter 30)

VA will Reimburse 60% of Training to the Student
Student Pays Flight School
VA Reimburses the Student Directly

Post 9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33)

VA pays up to 100% Flight Training Coverage
Minimal Out-of-Pocket Expenses
VA Pays Flight School Directly
The VA limits coverage to $13,500 per academic year, per program course or max program allowance, whichever is reached first (The VA academic year is August to August)

VocRehab (Chapter 31)

Contact your Vocational Rehab Counselor for additional information. We are approved for Instrument and Commercial Single Engine and have conducted VocRehab training.

When you meet with our staff, we can provide you with a reasonable estimate of the expected total VA program cost for the course(s) you choose. Exact costs will depend on the your progress, since students must train to FAA Practical Test Standards. Additional factors can include general aptitude, study habits, and personal motivation.
